Job Description :

Change Recruitment are currently working with a progressive and growing construction business who are looking to bring on board an experienced Project Manager for both their commercial and residential teams. You will have worked in a similar role for circa 5 years and ideally hold a relevant project management qualification/degree.Duties for this role will include:

  • End-to-end project management from planning to execution and delivery.
  • Responsible for job costings, invoicing and issuing variations
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships.
  • Managing and coordinating all the internal and external trades to ensure on time delivery of projects.
  • Responsible for the management of project budgets, project schedules and exceptional quality standards.
  • Resolving any project related problems.

Your main place of work will be within the Cheddar offices, but this role will require travel to project sites in and around the Bristol and Bath area, so as such you will require your own transport.Experience wise you will need to have worked within construction project management for around 5 years, hold a relevant project management qualification, excellent building knowledge either residential or commercial, ideally NEBOSH or SMSTS, experience using MS Projects/Excel and Dropbox.In return this role offers a salary of between £45k and £48k depending on experience and a chance to work in a progressive and growing business.
