What You Will Do:

- Lead internal stakeholders and work closely with customers to design, develop, and launch products from conception to Job 1+90, ensuring customer and plant expectations are met.

- Be directly accountable for product launch, supporting internal departments through every phase from conception to integration into the core business.

- Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) Projects, including creating and presenting reports/updates both internally and externally.

- Take charge of Bill of Tool (BOT) & Customer Asset Registers, BOM's, PBOM's, and MRP Part Number/BOM creation.

- Oversee Project Budgets and Timing, ensuring meticulous tracking and management.

- Lead Product Validation activities and support with PPAP, alongside managing feasibility of design, tooling, and manufacturing.

**What You Will Bring:**

- An Engineering degree or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years' experience in the OEM/Tier 1/Tier 2 Automotive Industry.

- Proven track record of Automotive Project Engineering and primary Customer and Supplier Engagement.

- Demonstrable experience of programme delivery under tight deadlines and a thorough understanding of Product Launch.

- Expertise in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams, along with creating Timing Plans and managing budgets.

- Strong knowledge of Automotive NPI, APQP, Manufacturing Processes, Mechanical Design & CAD Drawing interrogation, and Interior Trim.

Location:

Based primarily in Kettering with frequent visits to another production facility in Coventry and occasional travel to suppliers and customers as necessary.
