Our regional regulatory operations Business Analyst team is a collaborative group of subject matter experts in European regulations and transaction reporting for our Commodities and Global Markets business. This team ensures the completeness and accuracy of transaction reporting across the EMEA region, including monitoring and clearing exceptions, producing management reporting, and working with stakeholders such as business, compliance, legal, and technology. What role will you play? As a Project Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract, you will work closely with the team to ensure daily deliverables are met and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will leverage your understanding of the trade lifecycle and system flows to aid in investigations and apply your strong risk mindset to identify and escalate issues. Additionally, you will manage projects by collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders, preparing regular status updates, tracking and managing change requests, and maintaining project plans.
What you offer - Financial services experience, preferably within the Commodities/Global Markets Operations environment, with transaction reporting experience being advantageous
- A proven track record of problem-solving or process improvement within your roles
- The ability to learn new skills and manage multiple deliveries simultaneously
- A good understanding of project management approaches and processes within a standard project life cycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- A positive working attitude and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
