Job Description :

We are seeking a driven Project Manager to join a growing consultancy firm with offices in Central London and Birmingham. You will be responsible for managing a variety of projects across residential, commercial, and industrial manufacturing sectors. You will be involved in all stages of the development lifecycle, from feasibility and design through to tender and delivery.

Description

  • Oversee design development, ensuring compliance with project briefs and budgets.
  • Navigate the planning process and secure planning consent.
  • Lead the tendering process and appoint suitable main contractors.
  • Administer construction contracts and ensure effective site delivery.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a building consultancy or client-side environment.
  • Proven track record in project management within the residential, commercial, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of JCT and D&B contracts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
  • Experience with new build projects is preferred.
  • Willingness to work from the office full-time.
