Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Hereford

Salary: £41,000 - £45,000 plus annual bonus and access to company car when travelling to clients

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 4:45pm and early finish on Friday 8:45am - 1:45pm.

HRGO is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join a reputable FMCG business based in Hereford. The company offers a fantastic benefits package and genuine career prospects.

Key Responsibilities of a Project Manager:

• Manage and implement new machine projects from start to completion.
• Conduct regular site visits to customers and suppliers for technical training, machine acceptance tests, and project reviews.
• Review enquiry documentation, agree on specifications, and prepare detailed tender documentation.
• Oversee the design and build specifications of machines.
• Liaise with third parties and sub-suppliers both onsite and via teams.
• Organise the delivery and collection of machinery (UK & international).
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance during installations.
• Assist Sales Managers during customer visits and presentations.
• Manage project budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Track new machine projects commercially and ensure smooth execution.
• Plan and manage on-site installations and project completion.
• Prepare visit reports and attend exhibitions as required.

What We're Looking for in a Project Manager:

• Previous experience in project management
• Ideally some engineering knowledge
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of logistics and import processes
