Project Manager: Mechanical & Electrical Immediate Start - Social Care Locums : Job Details

This South London Authority are looking for a Project Manager to work within Housing Services. Details of the role are:

To provide technical expertise to inform planned and reactive maintenance solutions on complex, sensitive or large projects.

To provide oversight of the technical planned and reactive maintenance supply chain and use technical expertise to review tasks and ensure that they are completed to the required standards.

To ensure that the estate is maintained safely and in compliance with the relevant legislative and regulatory provisions.

To apply for this role you must have:

• To have trained as a Mechanical Services engineer, hold a relevant degree or qualification or to be a member of an appropriate professional body (e.g. CIBSE Associate or Member) or equivalent.
• Detailed, up to date knowledge of building legislation and statutory requirements
• Be eligible to work within the UK
