  • Agile expertise: The ideal candidate should be highly experienced in Agile methodologies, with a proven track record of effectively managing Agile projects from start to finish.
  • Stakeholder management and communication:
  • Must have strong experience in managing stakeholders, leading steering committee updates, and coordinating working groups and planning events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Hands-On: Looking for a "do-er" who takes initiative, proactively manages risks, issues, and dependencies, and drives projects to successful delivery without needing to be told what to do.
  • Relationship building: Strong ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels, including senior stakeholders.
  • Delivery Focused: Must have a solid background in successfully delivering projects on time and within scope, with a keen focus on quality and outcomes.
