Project Manager - NHS Wales Contract; 3 Days a Week - Inspire People : Job Details

Inspire People is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager with a background in delivering strategy, policy or advisory projects within the public sector to lead and oversee the rapid development of an advisory report outlining proposals and recommendations to inform the development a strategic and coordinated ecosystem approach to Welsh MedTech for a body funded by NHS Wales. This role is 3 days a week for 6 months, fully remote. Interviews will take place via MS Teams on 20th and 21st June 2024. Circa £280 -£330 Inside IR35. As the Project Manager you will have significant experience in project management, preferably within the public sector. You will have a track record of effective stakeholder management, strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to communicate with staff working at all levels across a wide range of public sector organisations. The role will work autonomously and provide high quality project management expertise including tasks such as: * Organising Project Board and other meetings, workshops and focus groups, drafting agendas, compiling reports and presentations, taking minutes and monitoring progress against actions. * Developing and monitoring workplans, ensuring that targets and milestones are met and delivered on time. * Actively managing risks and issues * Producing highlight and exception reports. * Managing a wide range of stakeholders from across Welsh Government, the NHS, industry, academia and external consultants. * Attending stakeholder meetings, taking minutes and identifying key themes from discussions For further information, please contact Steve Wall or Andrew Medhurst at Inspire People.
