Role Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join the PMO team within our Global Occupier Services division.The Project Manager will coordinate a disposal team, comprising architects, town planners, stakeholders, surveyors and external technical consultants to identify the optimum disposal strategy and facilitate the sale of disposal sites. This role involves being the main point of contact for the client for the site, organising project team meetings, managing the delivery of consultant outputs, and ensuring outputs meet industry standards.
This role can be based in either London or Birmingham.

The entire focus of our global team is to advise clients who occupy property but who are not in the property business, combining our skills and our corporate knowledge to deliver results.
We operate at a number of different levels, from being a full outsource of a company’s real estate functions, to a coordinator of single or multiple service lines for occupier clients.
