Collaborating with the global support partners to design and implement innovative programmes that elevate in-store experience, driving both customer and employee engagement.

• Lead strategic initiatives that enhance Retail priorities.

Experience Required:

• Project management and retail operations experience is essential.
• Proven ability to identify trends, develop strategies and implement solutions.
• Demonstrated understanding of Change and Stakeholder Management; effectively balance stakeholders at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Manage ambiguity and multiple projects concurrently.
• Self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills and has great attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.

Please note: This will be an initial 6m contract, paid inside IR35 and hybrid working, 3 days required in the London HQ.
