Snr Project Manager - Salesforce Integration - Inside IR35
Our client have just kicked off the design phase of their Salesforce integration. This will affect all external customers, improving their customer experience through the provision of a customer portal for customer services, allowing them to get in touch with questions and repairs requests.
The transformation will as a result, effect those working in customer services who are currently on a call centre set up.
The system will provide the business with real-time insights to allow dashboard creation, reporting, process standardisation and the CRM will be used as part of their marketing strategy.
The new Salesforce system will need to be integrated with a range of legacy systems and platforms such as their property platform, website (Majority of which are SAP) and will provide omni channel engagement.
They intend to go live in September with a hyper care phase taking place in October, followed by continuous improvement thereafter.
This Project manager will be overseeing the integrations workstream of all the data systems going into the new Salesforce CRM system. They will be communicating and co-ordinating with the business, the SI Partner and Salesforce, driving the programme forward, ensuring the specifications are correct, ensuring delivery is kept within desired timeframes and to a high standard
