The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will work on a wide variety of projects across the commercial, residential, retail, office, and industrial sectors from £1m - £50m. You'll be delivering cost planning and cost management services at the highest standard, while building and managing client relationships.

You will support and enhance the business growth plans providing high calibre professional advice to key clients and will be part of a flexible and very supportive environment with great opportunities for career progression.

This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious, newly qualified Surveyor looking for a fresh challenge and may have hit a ceiling in their current role. Someone eager to join a renowned, large consultancy in a role with a clear progression path to Senior and Associate beyond.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

The successful Project QS will have:

• A relevant construction related degree qualification
• MRICS is a must
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Construction Consultancy
• A successful track record leading projects, pre and post contract, to completion
• Good knowledge of building contracts including JCT
• Commercial / residential or retail sector experience
• Experience leading projects from £1m - £30m is beneficial
