Project Support Analyst - Huntswood : Job Details

Huntswood is looking for a Project Support Officer with project management office experience to join an exciting project for a consumer lender. If you have recent, relevant lending project management experience then we have a great role for you.

Start Date: December 2024

Day Rate: £200 to £250 per day DOE - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

Location: Glasgow / Hybrid (Two days per week in the office)

As a Project Support officer, you will be assisting the Project Management Team with the smooth running of the project including duties such as

• Co-ordination and production billing and invoicing reporting
• Production and analysis of management information, working to resolve any issues
• Ownership of team communications
• Involvement in project meetings and planning, including scheduling and minute taking
• Stakeholder liaison

What Huntswood is looking for:

• Demonstrable project management experience, including invoicing, billing and management information reporting
• Experience working in collections and recoveries is essential
• An understanding of consumer lending would be advantageous
• Experience creating compelling presentations to connect with a diverse audience
• Commitment to work at client's office in Glasgow and suitable workspace at home with strong broadband connection
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
• Strong attention to detail
