Project Support Officer (Finance Analyst)

Newcastle

Hybrid - once a week in the offices

3 month contract

£250 per day

Our major client looking for a Project Support Officer/Financial Analyst with IT project experience.

Role responsibilities:

• Point of contact for all IT budget and invoice queries

• Management reporting, Financial Reporting for IT Budget

• Attend PR gate to represent IT PRs.
• Ensure all IT PPOs are receipted correctly.
• Work with APO to ensure renewal quotes are obtained promptly and match the current business needs.

• During renewal season own meeting with buyers.
• Work with vendors and Accounts payable to resolve payment issues.
• Work with central finance team to ensure accruals are generated as required.
• Work with project managers to create PR/PO and ensure the finances are managed correctly.

Deliverables

• Raise PR requests for IT renewals
• Create yearly budget for management to approve
• Provision of renewal quotes
