Working Hours: 40hrs Monday to Friday, plus some evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by schedule of concerts and events.
Role DescriptionWe have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and hardworking Projects Assistant to join our busy Concerts and Events Operations Team on our full portfolio of festivals, concerts and events throughout the year.
This is a vital role within a fast paced and wide reaching department, providing essential administrative and planning support, coordinating with external stakeholders, suppliers, and venues, across a broad spectrum of tasks during the advance planning delivery of our projects.
The department is led by the Director of Concert and Event Operations, supported by the Head of Concert Operations and the Head of Event Operations.
