An excellent opportunity is now available to join one of our clients acting as a property accountant. Managing a large client property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of client property portfolio
• Ensuring the accurate reconciliation of service charge incomes and expenditures
• Management of cash-flow and funding
• Attend external client meetings
• Oversee the upkeep of property & leases data on financial systems
• Ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are met and adhered too
• Assisting with Ad Hoc tasks when neccessary

Person Specific

• Being a strong and self motivated individual
• Ideally possessing a strong technical report background
• Strong excel skills is a must
• Strong experience of stakeholder management
• AAT qualified or QBE
