Purpose of the Role:

Looking for a Property Accounts Administrator to join Royal London Asset Management, to support the Property Team. You will provide purchase ordering and budget management support to the property development team and deal with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities of the role:

As the Property Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Uploading development budget orders to Proactis P2P on behalf of the property development team.
  • Amending development budget orders as and when required on behalf of the property development team.
  • Raising draft purchase orders on Proactis P2P on behalf of the property development team.
  • Receipting purchase orders within the system on the instruction of the property development team.
  • Sending invoices to Proactis and accounts payable team for payment processing.
  • Tracking the status of purchase orders.
  • Amending purchase orders when instructed by the property development team.
  • Producing and maintaining all reports out of Proactis P2P.
  • Liaising with suppliers when required.

What we require from the candidate:

  • Experience of managing development budgets
  • Experience of raising and managing purchase orders on a P2P system (Proactis)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good Microsoft office skills (word; excel; outlook)
  • Strong time management skills
  • Team working
