Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive asset management strategiesto maximise the value, performance, and operational efficiency of the portfolio.

• Oversee a diverse commercial property portfolio, ensuring effective management of offices, industrial units, and retail spaces.

• Negotiate and manage leases, handling renewals, rent reviews, and fostering positive tenant relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction.

• Deliver comprehensive financial analysis and performance monitoring, providing strategic recommendations to improve portfolio value and optimise returns.

• Implement initiatives to boost tenant satisfaction, improve occupancy rates, and enhance asset performance, aligning with client objectives and market trends.

About You:

• MRICS-qualifiedwith a strong background in commercial property asset management.

• Astrategic thinkerwith proven expertise in identifying value-add opportunities and operational improvements.

• Demonstratedcommercial acumen, with an understanding of business principles and market drivers influencing property investments.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of building long-term, trusted relationships with clients and tenants.
