Specialist Property Claims Management company is looking for a high calibre, customer focused individual with extensive property and/or construction claims experience to become the Director of Operations for their London Head Office.
In this newly created position, reporting directly to the shareholders, the successful candidate will be responsible for all operational aspects of the London office, including overseeing Customer satisfaction, Contract Management, Business Development, Marketing, Accounting and staff development. In addition, as technical property claims experience is essential for this position, the Director of Operations will also act as the referral point for claims issues as they arise.
Additional responsibilities will include the future establishment of additional offices within the UK.
It should be noted that this position, leading the continual development of the company and it’s staff, is 100% office based Monday to Friday and full training on the company’s processes and procedures will be provided.
