Property Client service representative - Liverpool Street EC2NAs a Client Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for new property seller enquiries. Your primary task will be to quickly and efficiently speak to all new enquiries, aiming to create as many qualified opportunities as possible for both businesses. Understanding the unique circumstances and requirements of each seller will be crucial in advising them on the best sales route and product offering.This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to tailor pitches to individual needs, and the drive to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.Key Responsibilities:• Initial Contact: Quickly and efficiently handle all new enquiries from sellers.• Qualification: Assess and qualify opportunities based on seller circumstances andrequirements.• Advisory: Advise sellers on the best sales route based on their individual needs andlink this to the best suited product offering.• Product Pitch: Effectively sell the different product offerings, tailoring pitches tohighlight relevant benefits for each seller.• High Call Volume: Make 80-100 inbound calls a day, ensuring every conversation ismaximised for potential opportunities.• Customer Understanding: Quickly understand and empathise with the seller'ssituation to provide the best possible advice and service.• Follow-Up: Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with potential clients to nurtureand convert leads.The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment• Sales experience, particularly in a high-volume call setting, is preferred• Excellent problem-solving and advisory skills• Ability to quickly understand and respond to client needs• Ability to use empathy during conversations with clients• Familiarity with the property market is a plusSalary and benefits:• Competitive salary & uncapped commission structure• Opportunities for professional growth and development• Career Opportunities to progress into more senior teams within our group ofbusinesses• In-house training from senior & experienced sales staff• Supportive and dynamic work environment• The chance to make a meaningful impact on our clients' livesThe hours will be: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm One in four Saturdays Salary range will be: £26,000pa £40.000pa OTE depending on experience. 28 days holiday pa including bank holidays.If this role is of interest to you and you feel you have the necessary experience, please submit your most up to date CV and contact details to Kelly and Steve at Bastow Irwin Recruitment Ltd.Due to the high volume of enquiries that we receive, we are not always able to respond to all CVs.
