Reed in Colchester are delighted to be supporting our client seeking an Estate Agent Sales Lister to join their estate agency, renowned for exceptional property services and local expertise. The Sales Lister will be instrumental in generating new property listings and maintaining a portfolio of high-quality, market-ready properties.

• Conduct accurate and professional property appraisals to provide clients with realistic and competitive market valuations
• Engage potential clients through direct outreach, referrals, and marketing activities to secure new listings
• Prepare and present detailed and appealing property information for listings
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for new listings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and feedback throughout the sales process
• Analyse local property market trends to offer up-to-date advice and insights to clients
• Assist in negotiating offers to ensure the best outcomes for buyers and sellers
• Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and company policies

• Proven experience in estate agency or property sales is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
• Excellent organisational skills and proficiency in property management software and CRM systems.
• Good understanding of the local property market and relevant legislation.
• GCSEs or equivalent; further education in property-related fields is advantageous.
• Valid UK driving license.
