TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a succesful multi service law firm in South Wales who are seeking a skilled Solicitor / Lawyer - Property and Probate to join our client's team in Bargoed, offering you the chance to take the next step in your legal career.

The Role: As a Residential Property & Probate Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of property transactions and probate matters, providing high-quality legal advice to clients and ensuring smooth processes from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and leasehold matters.
• Advise clients on probate, wills, estate administration, and inheritance tax planning.
• Work closely with clients to build strong relationships and maintain excellent communication throughout the legal process.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations.
• Manage your caseload with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of work.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in both residential property and probate matters.
• Strong communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
