Are you a Property / Lettings manager looking to head up a portfolio of student lettings for a well-established, independent consultancy in a predominantly Monday - Friday role offering specialist training and continuous career advancement to management roles?

This well-established consultancy focuses on a broad spectrum of construction projects and are currently looking to expand to new markets. Since its inception in 1990 the company has grown significantly and is now looking for a Property / Lettings Manager to head up a range of Student lettings.

In this varied role, you'll be joining the Student Lettings team where you will perform site visits to assess maintenance and repairs, liaise with contractors, carry out property inspections, arrange viewings and marketing of properties whilst negotiating new business.

This role would suit a Property / Lettings Manager looking to manage a Student Lettings portfolio in a role offering continuous training and professional development on a predominantly Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 basis.

The Role:

• Site visits to assess maintenance and repairs
• Liaise with contractors
• Carry out property inspections
• Arrange viewings and marketing of various properties
• Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30, occasional Saturdays

The Person:

• Property / Lettings Manager
• Residential / Commercial / Student lettings background
• Full UK Driving License
• Commutable to Canterbury
