Property Licensing Support Officer

Redbridge

£19 per hour (umbrella)

Full Time Contract (3 Months)

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Property Licensing Support Officer in Redbridge. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.

The job:

• Working in a large processing team issuing Property Licences in a timely fashion
• Administrative duties to do with dealing with customers on the telephone, via email, via letter and occasionally in person
• Provide a first point of contact for tenants and landlords when they need specialist advice and information about property licensing
• Support the work of the enforcement officers by ensuring all information entered onto the database is accurate and up to date

The candidate:

• Experience in private sector housing is essential
• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Maths and English (or equivalent)
• Administrative experience is essential
