Property Litigation Solicitor - Plummer Search : Job Details

Role Summary

A West End law firm in London is actively looking to recruit a junior Property Litigation Solicitor.

Working in a small agile sub-team you’ll work as a #2 to a Partner that focuses on commercial property litigation.

Matters will include advising on: development claims, dilapidations, service charge disputes, dilapidations, 1954 Act claims, enfranchisement, building safety act claims, professional negligence, secured lending litigation, among others.

The current caseload is circa 90% commercial and 10% residential property litigation based.

Central London firm, well regarded. You’ll manage a diverse caseload and be a well rounded property litigation lawyer.

Experience Required

• Be a UK qualified Property Litigation Solicitor with 1-6 PQE
• Possess commercial property litigation experience
