• Has knowledge of landlord and tenant disputes
• Has experience in leasehold enfranchisement litigation
• Has a good understanding of rent and service charge recovery.
• Is positive and has a strong work ethic
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.

• Can always provide outstanding client care while maintaining a highly professional approach
