As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will play a key role within the progressive team, working closely with experienced lawyers and supporting the diverse client base. Your role will be varied and include managing a caseload of property litigation matters including landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations, rent reviews and boundary disputes. In addition to the above you will be representing clients as well as drafting legal documents and building and maintaining strong client relationships.THE CANDIDATE:Newly Qualified Solicitors who have completed at least one seat within property litigation are encouraged to apply for this role. You will be gaining exposure to a varied and challenging caseload of property litigation matters and will have gained relevant experience within a leading City, national or regional law firm.
