Property Litigation Solicitor - G2 Legal Limited : Job Details

An opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a top 50 law firm based in London.

You will need 2+ years’ of experience in Property Litigation and be keen to develop your career with a highly regarded law firm, which has a strong reputation for its Real Estate work.

The team works for a broad range of clients including commercial landlords, high-profile tenants, property investors & developers, telecoms companies, social housing organisations and high net worth individuals.

You will be dealing with a range of Property Disputes, including:

• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
• Breach of covenant
• Renewals (1954 Act)
• Forfeiture
• Rent recovery
• Service charge disputes
• Rights of light
• Easements

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in Property Litigation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and external stakeholders
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
