A well-established, full-service law firm with a strong reputation in the North West is seeking a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding team. The team covers the full range of Property Litigation for both Commercial, Residential, Landlord & Tenants and acts for various household names and high-profile clients as well as private clients, developers and managing agents. 

You will play a key role in the firm’s Property Litigation team, managing your own caseload while supporting Senior Solicitors on complex and high-value disputes. This is a client-facing role that provides exposure to a diverse range of property-related disputes and offers the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims, boundary disputes and lease renewals
• Providing expert legal advice to clients, ensuring clear communication and strategic guidance
• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements and settlement agreements
• Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies
• Assisting senior solicitors on complex disputes, including those involving high-value commercial properties
• Handling initial client inquiries and conducting case assessments
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements
• Contributing to the team’s business development by creating legal content, delivering training and attending networking events
