Opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a Boutique specialist Property Litigation law firm at Senior Associate level.

The Firm

Our client is a boutique law firm based in the heart of London who are specialised solely in Property Litigation.

They act for high net worth individuals, small businesses and large corporations in and around Prime Central London. Whilst also acting for clients nationwide and advising on cross-border matters throughout Europe.

Due to growth, this close knit firm are now looking to make a Senior Associate level hire.

Opportunity

This is very entrepreneurial law firm who are undergoing an exciting growth phase in establishing themselves a name for themselves within the Property Litigation London market.

They handle all types of property disputes, regularly acting on the other side of well recognised Property Litigation firms in the city.

The team advise both individuals and corporations on:

• Adverse Possession
• Boundary Disputes
• Commercial Lease Renewals
• Construction Disputes
• Contested Enfranchisement
• Landlord and Tenant
• Property Fraud
• Rights of Light and Rights of Way
• Trespassers and Squatters

They're now looking for an experienced Property Litigation to work alongside the firms' Partners, lead their own caseload and get involved in the strategy for their matters.

The role also involves supervising and assisting in the development of junior team members, so they're looking for someone confident in leading on Property Litigation matters whilst also supervising.

Requirements

• Qualified Property Litigation Solicitor with between 6 years' PQE
• Experience leading on matters with ideally experience in supervising juniors
• Impressive academics
