Property Litigation Solicitor (Partner), Bedfordshire, 5+ Years’ PQE, £70,000+ (DOE) – A new role has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a highly reputable team. JOB REF: 8121.• Applications are sought from Litigation Solicitors with 5+ years' PQE looking for a new challenge in their career.• The team advise a wide range of clients to include corporate investors, developers and High Net Worth individuals.• You will be responsible for a varied property litigation caseload to include dilapidations claims; rent and service charge disputes; rent reviews; lease renewals; break notices; construction claims; trespass; land contracts and options and boundary disputes.• It is essential that you are a self-starter and are able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation but also work closely with other team members and displaying trust and loyalty.• You will have a willingness to play a key role in business development for the department.• Competitive renumeration package on offer.• Please call Rebecca Barry on or email for more information or to apply.eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
