Job title: Property Management & Renewals Team Lead

Salary: Up to £30k/ OTE £35k

Location: Chelmsford

My client is looking for a Property Management & Renewals Team Lead to join their team, this would suit someone who has previously managed a small team. The successful candidate will be supporting an experienced Manager as a Team Leader, looking after a portfolio of managed properties. You will be handling escalated issues and customer complaints. You will monitor the workload of each member of the team to ensure processes run smoothly.

Duties:

• Property Management
• Branch Administration
• Renewals
• Liaising with our 'out of hours’ support team.
• Working with the Head of Property Management
