Property Manager - Colchester CO1 - Bastow Irwin Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Our well-Established Independent Estate Agency and property managment company based in Colchester CO1 are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their busy department.The successful applicant will be responsible for a portfolio of properties; therefore, they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary.Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

• Overseeing a portfolio of Properties
• Team meetings
• Implement new procedures.
• Have the ability to demonstrate a track record of managing rental properties.
• Abiding by regulation/ legislation and processes surrounding Property Management
• Striving to exceed individual targets and standards.
• Referring business across departments to maximise business opportunities.
• Striving to exceed customer expectations.
• Handling complaints and providing solutions
• Maintaining policies and procedures in accordance with company policies
• Ensuring compliance
• handling all maintenance enquiries

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

• Must have 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager
• The candidates must have intermediate computer literacy.
• Experience of lettings/property management software packages
• Professional ARLA accreditation would be seen strong advantage but essential.
• Be able to manage their own workload
• Full valid driving licence is essential

The hours will be:Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm working an occasional Saturday to cover holidaySalary range will be:between £25.000pa to £30.000pa depending on experience.
