Property Manager - Block Manager - West End... Acme Appointments are recruiting for a small, privately owned boutique property management company looking for an experienced Property Manager (block manager) with enough experience to hit the ground running. The position is available due to retirement of the current employee and you’ll be joining another experienced property manager, looking after a portfolio that is entirely centred around their office near Baker Street. Ideally they are looking for someone with good experience of managing a residential portfolio and some exposure to Central London residential blocks and including dealing with service charge budgets.

• Visiting your sites all within walking distance
• Ensuring the portfolio complies with Health & Safety regulations (most buildings are under 11m)
• Dealing with leaseholders, contractors and clients
• Oversee any major works

Package:

• Up to £40,000
• 23 days holiday
• Partly remote working once established
