An exciting opportunity for an organised and diligent Property Manager to join this lively, multi branch independent agent within their office in Redditch. My clients have a fantastic reputation and are looking for a Property Manager to be a part of their award winning team.   

Property Manager – Benefits 

• £24,000 - £26,000 basic salary
• OTE £28,000 - £30,000 
• Bonus scheme 
• Monday to Friday only position
• 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Property Manager – Duties 

• General management of a number of Fully Managed units
• Following up on property visits and organising works as needed
• Managing arrears and processing any rent protection claims
• Organising scheduled and reactive repairs
• Ensuring compliance of your portfolio and that each property adheres to current legislation

Property Manager – Experience Needed: 

• 12 months experience in a Property Management or similar role
• Able to work as part of a team and independently
• Possess the ability to build relationships and maintain rapport with the general public and clients
• Be enthusiastic and motivated to succeed in this busy industry
• Looking to  be a part of a growing business and forge a long-term career
