• Manage and oversee the daily operations of assigned properties.
• Create and manage service charges
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Handle tenant inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to maintain positive relationships.
• Ensure all properties are compliant with local laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
• Available for a temporary ongoing role.
• Strong knowledge of property management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in property management software.
• Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
