Property Manager - Leading Estate Agent in Hertford

*Property Management experience is essential*

Salary up to £30k+ & opportunity to earn commission on top of salary

5 day working week - Monday to Friday - 9:00 - 18:00

Every other Saturday 9:30 - 15:30 - Day off during the week when Saturday is worked

Property Manager duties include but not limited to:

• Arranging new tenancies and handling the move-in process
• Respond and deal with any repairs and maintenance that are required on the portfolio
• Offer advice to landlords and tenants for any problems related to the property
• Inspection reports when required and send feedback to the landlord
• Ensure a smooth move out process at the end of a tenancy and deal with any deposit returns
• To ensure that the portfolio is all up to date with compliance and current legislation
