Property Manager - Hybrid - Market leading Estate Agent in Loughton

*Essentials - Residential Property Management Experience, Driving Licence & own car*

Salary up to £35k+ - depending on experience

Monday to Friday - 9:00 - 18:00 - Work from home 3 days a week - Tuesday & Wednesday in Loughton Office

Property Manager duties include but not limited to:

• Arranging new tenancies and handling the move-in process
• Respond and deal with any repairs and maintenance that are required on the portfolio
• Offer advice to landlords and tenants for any problems related to the property
• Carry out inspections as and when required and send feedback to the landlord
• Ensure a smooth move out process at the end of a tenancy and deal with any deposit returns
• To ensure that the portfolio is all up to date with compliance and current legislation
