• Manage maintenance issues and instruct work orders accordingly.
• Obtain Public Liability documents from contractors.
• Manage EICRs/Gas Safeties/EPCs with appropriate parties.
• Deal with utility companies, taking meter readings.
• Schedule and attend inventories and property check-ins.
• Follow new tenancy procedures.
• Send vacating letters for end of tenancies re: check out process.
• Deal with deposit negotiations and releases.
• Serve Section 21 notices when required.

Required skill sets for Property Manager:

• Proven experience in property management
• A proactive and positive attitude.
• Highly motivated to build and develop the department.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks.
