Sheridan Ward has an exciting opportunity with our client based in Harrow!! They are a leading organisation, and they are looking for a candidate who comes from the relevant industry.

My client are looking for somebody who has previous experience as an Assistant Property Manager who wants to take on a new challenge in a new environment! It is also expected that Assistant Property Managers will manage a small portfolio of clients or oversee financial support service clients’ administration.

Assistant Property Manager duties:

• Assisting Property Managers with progressing actions arising from Health and Safety, Fire Risk, Asbestos assessments and other similar reports.
• Assisting with re-tendering contracts
• Monitoring building specific mailboxes and dealing with general queries received
• Obtaining quotations for works.
• Management of a small portfolio or overseeing financial support clients
• Raising any issues or concerns immediately to management.
• Assisting with site visits to properties.
