Property Manager - BK PLUS LIMITED : Job Details

Are you looking for a role where no two days are the same? As A Property Manager at BK Plus you will be responsible for overseeing property maintenance, ensuring sites remain health and safety compliant as well as negotiating leases and contract renewals.

We are BK Plus and we are a rapidly growing Accountancy firm and as part of our continued growth we are seeking a Property Manager to manage our growing portfolio of properties across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager what will allow you to have sole management of a portfolio of properties, providing you with the autonomy to showcase your skills and expertise.

Your duties as a Property Manager your duties will include:

• Ensuring all sites fall under health & safety guidelines
• Managing projects from start to finish
• Arranging and overseeing office refurbishments
• Liaising with suppliers to arrange onsite repairs
• Negotiating leases and contract renewals

The ideal candidate will have:

• UK Driving License as travel across the UK is required
• Experience managing a growing portfolio of priorities
• Strong organisational skills as well as being a strong communicator
