Vacancy: PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Uxbridge, UB8

Salary: £30k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A highly respected professional estate agency with offices in Uxbridge are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their team.

This highly responsible Property Manager role will involve covering all aspects of managing the Lettings property database.

You will be a person who can communicate effectively with Landlords and Tenants, ensuring Landlords instructions are adhered to as well as following current legislation.

The role includes but is not limited to: ensuing all properties have valid Gas Safety certificates, issuing works orders making sure the works are carried out and the Landlord and Tenants are kept updated, dealing with deposit and serving appropriate notices.

Previous Property Management experience is an essential requirement.

Skills required for this Property Manager (Estate Agent) role will include:

• Previous experience in Residential Property Management
• Good understanding of Lettings and Property Management procedures
• An understanding Section 8’s and Section 21’s
• Demonstrate a professional approach to customer service
• Have excellent inter-personal skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Be able to prioritise workload
• Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
