An incredible opportunity has arisen with our client for a Property Manager, to join their Sales, Lettings, Commercial & Property Management Estate Agency.

Established in 1989 they are a unique Letting & Management organisation offering traditional rental services. In addition, the practice is one of London’s most successful Rent Guarantee Service Provision Specialists. Procuring all types of property for Local & Central Government to fulfil their Emergency Housing needs.

The successful candidate must be highly motivated with experience within a property Management role and being able to carry out inspections, are you dynamic and organised with good people skills, articulate, ambitious, and focused on delivering exceptional service.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Co-ordinating the department’s work on a weekly and daily basis
• New contractors.
• Manage contractor relationships.
• Manage own property portfolio: - including referencing, moves ins, jobs, updating landlords, property inspections etc.
• Ensuring Property Management software systems are kept up to date.
• Ensuring landlords’ and tenants are kept informed.
• Ensuring all regulatory requirements (GSC, Deposit registrations etc.) are met.
• The first port of call for serious tenant/property management issues

Requirements:

• Ability to handle and resolve Customer complaints.
• Well organised and an excellent multitasker
• Great customer service attitude
• Good understanding of plumbing, electrical, boiler, handyman etc. issues
• Ability to review quotes, pick out anything overpriced or padded.
