Property Manager - Collins Property Recruitment : Job Details

Collins Property Recruitment is exclusively working with an independent, Prime Lettings and Property Management company to recruit a Property Manager to join their team in Chelsea. The Property Manager will manage an extremely exclusive and small portfolio. Established over 20 years ago, the firm prides themselves on deep and long-lasting relationships with their clients and tenants.The Property Manager’s role and responsibilities (not limited to):

• Oversee, maintain, and inspect all properties.
• Instruct and oversee, both, reactive and pro-active maintenance.
• Ensure all properties are fully compliant by arranging necessary inspections.
• Manage and keep voids to a minimum.
• Look after the needs and manage expectations of high-net-worth and UHNW tenants.
• Establish and maintain relationships with tenants.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service at all times.

To be successful as the Property Manager you will have:

• Experience and a proven track record in high-end Property Management.
• An understanding of the super-prime London residential market.
• Prior experience using Alto Software or a similar property management system.
• A practical approach to problem solving and an ability to prioritise tasks.
• Good listening skills and confidence in handling difficult conversations.
• Extremely professional with a proactive and personable approach.

In return, you will receive an basic salary of £40,000 - £45,000, dependent on experience, plus an annual performance related bonus.
