Property Manager - GCB Recruitment : Job Details

Our client, a well-respected and award-winning independent agent, is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their busy team in Dartford.

Working days of a Property Manager:

• Monday to Friday (No weekends!)

Our clients are offering the successful Property Manager:

• Up to £30,000 
• Career progression
• Parking paid for
• 5-day working week
• Full support from the Director

Ideally, to be considered for the Property Manager role you must have the following:

• Previous experience working within Property Management
• Ability to manage a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good communication skills both written, and verbal
• Highly organised and time efficient
• Full UK driver’s license
• ARLA qualification preferred but not essential 

Key tasks of a Property Manager will include, but will not be limited to:

• Looking after a portfolio of properties
• Carrying out inspections
• Dealing with maintenance issues
• Liaising with landlords, contractors, and tenants
• Negotiating terms of tenancy renewals
• Helping with the move-in and check-out process and reports
• Managing accounts
