Property Manager - North London (Hybrid) - c£45k

We’re working with a relatively small but long established and highly regarded North London Property firm who specialise in the management of small to medium sized blocks and estates across Greater London, Herts and Essex.

Priding themselves on their local nature and excellent customer service, they now seek an additional Property Manager (or assistant looking to step up) as follows:

• 1-3 years’ block management experience, ideally managing smaller RTM sites with a strong sense of client accountability
• Might suit an Assistant Property Manager ready to step up to full Property Manager responsibility
• Service minded with exposure to the full range of property management duties from budget setting to site visits, insurance provision and major works
• Excellent communication skills (written/spoken) with a good grasp of Microsoft Office
• Preference for independent practice, working within a friendly, supportive close knit team
• North London office base with hybrid working once settled

Salary for the successful Property Manager / Block Manager will start from £35k - £45k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
