Property Manager - NW London (office based) - c£55k

We’re working with a long established, fully independent, multi-award winning and professionally accredited managing agent based in NW London who require a seasoned, competent Property Manager as follows:

• Working office based from modern, well equipped premises as part of a vibrant, inclusive team.
• Undertaking the full range of property management tasks from budget setting to insurance provision, major works, site inspection and resident liaison.
• Managing a long held, high quality and largely problem free portfolio all located in and close to NW/N London and Herts
• Good general IT Skills essential, knowledge of property management CRM’s beneficial
• Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude essential, our client prides themselves on open communication (resulting in exceptional block/staff retention and numerous word of mouth recommendations).

In addition to a basic salary up to £55k to start, the successful Property Manager will enjoy 20 days leave (plus public) to start (rising annually with service), full support and funding for professional exams & memberships, pension, early finish on Fridays (during winter months) and a structured career path.
