Part Time Property ManagerNorth London£45,000 pro rataA well-established, independent property management company based North West London are looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join their busy team. This is a fully office based role, suitable for candidates looking to work flexible hours (eg 10am to 4pm or 9.30am - 3.30pm) Monday - Friday.The successful candidate will have previous experience in residential property management and possess strong IT skills.Key responsibilities will include:* Management of a high end residential property portfolio* Property maintenance management* Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors* Organising, managing and overseeing refurbishment works* Handling property insurance details* Raising rental invoices and chasing rent arrears* Maintaining an updated property file* Paying purchase invoices* Use of MS Packages / PropMan softwareSkills Required:* 3-4 years experience in property management* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Strong IT skillsThis is a lovely opportunity for an experienced Property Manager seeking a flexible work schedule, happy to be fully based in an office.Fame Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
