My client are looking for an ambitious and organised individual to join their highly regarded property department to assist fee earners in both residential and commercial property with a full range of administrative and legal tasks.I am looking for someone with 2 years experience as a property paralegal, either in commercial or residential property to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broader experience in property law, so would be a brilliant chance for a residential property paralegal to take on commercial matters or vice versa.My client deal with a broad range of matters including (but not limited to):

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchase
• Landlord & Tennant matters
• Mortgages, remortgages, transfers, equity release
• Shared Ownership
• New Build
• Buy-to-let and Investment Properties
