My client, a leading international law firm are seeking a Property Portfolio Manager to join their Operations team.
This role can be based in either the Birmingham or Manchester office.
The Property Portfolio Manager will play a crucial role in managing the company's real estate and facilities.
Duties include -
- Support the selection, evaluation, and management of office spaces
- Develop and maintain a diary for lease events
- Contribute to real estate strategy and transaction analysis
- Collaborate with senior leadership and external consultants
- Manage capital projects, ensuring high standards and compliance
- Support sustainability initiatives and risk management
- Oversee budget management and supplier contracts
The ideal candidate for the role will possess the following:
- Strong ability to balance operational delivery with strategic planning
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Proficiency in data management and attention to detail
- Experience in facilities and real estate business planning
- RICS qualification and a degree in Real Estate or Business Management
- APM certification (desirable)
